Welcome to the legislative resource page. This was created due to many requests to be a resource for Massage Therapists. Our state Chapter Board and Government Relations Committee recognized a need to create a clearly transparent method of information and communication. This webpage is unique as we have added a click through link to each licensed state's practice act as well as their state's AMTA chapter website so that you can go directly to either one. We hope you find it helpful whether you are moving to a new state and need information or are involved in a legislative effort and would like to do some research. If you have any corrections, additions or updates please send them to us as soon as possible so that we can keep this page current.
